2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed potato chips
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion

Directions:

Mix all together in casserole and heat 15-20 minutes or until bubbly in 400º oven. Can be prepared ahead of time and left in refrigerator. Add potato chips just before placing in oven.
