1 1/2 C Cake Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 C Butter (2 sticks)
1/2 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 C Granulated Sugar (white)
1/2 C Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 lg Egg
1 3/4 C Peanut Butter Morsels
1/2 C White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, peanut butter,1/2 C white sugar and 1/2 C brown sugar in medium bowl til creamy. Add vanilla mix in well. Add egg and mix well. Gradually add flour mixture and blend well. Add morsels and stir in well. Drop cookie dough by Lg Tbsp-ful onto greased cookie sheet .Make a criss-cross pattern in top of cookie with a fork dipped in 1/2 Sugar. Bake at 375° for 8-10 min. Cool on cookie sheet for
4 min then remove to cooling rack. Makes about 3 dz cookies.
