2 c. Sugar
2 c. Water
6 Egg Whites
Pinch of Cream of Tarter
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make syrup of sugar and water. Boil for 10 minutes. While syrup is cooking, beat egg whites. Add salt and cream of tarter together until stiff. Slowly add syrup to egg whites, beating with mixer on high speed. You're now ready to frost your cake.
