1/4 C Softened Butter 2 Tsp Peppermint Extract.(or other mint flavor)
1/3 C Karo White Syrup
1/4 Tsp Salt Food Coloring (Your Choice)
1 Pound Powdered Sugar(about 4 cups) 1/2 C White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients(best done by hand)except 1/2 C sugar. Form into small balls and dip into white sugar. Press into desired candy mold and immediately turn out onto wax paper.Let set overnight till mints harden. Store in airtight container.
