2 C Butter
2 C Brown Sugar
2 C White Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
4 Eggs-Beaten
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tsp Cinnamon
4 C Cake Flour
3 C Sweetened Dried Cranberries
3 C Rolled Oats (1 min oatmeal)

Directions:

Melt Butter in lg microwave-safe bowl. Add Sugars and let cool for about 10 min. Then add eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla and spices. Mix well. Then add flour and mix well. Add "craisins"and oats and mix everything up well. Take a 1/2 ice cream scoop and drop scoopful onto greased cookie sheet, 12 cookies to a sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 min. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 min then remove to cookie rack and cool completely.
