Ingredients:  
1 medium garden Zucchini (or 4 small grocery store size)
4 large tomatoes
Cheese mixture:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Bread mixture:
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 onion, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut zucchini and tomato into 1/2 inch slices. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer zucchini, cheese mixture, tomato, cheese mixture; repeat. Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
