5 lbs. Red ripe tomatoes
1 med. Green bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 sm. yellow onion
6 oz. olive oil (not extra virgin)
1 to 2 oz. red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut everything in pieces and puree in food processor or blender. Put it thru a food mill or fine sieve, then run thru processor one more time. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hrs. Serve cold with finely chopped onions and chopped hard boiled eggs or sour cream on top.
