1 whole chicken breast (boneless,skinless)
1 lb. pasta (sea shell, ziti, rotini)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced red bell pepper
1 c. diced green bell pepper
1 c. diced sweet onion
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
1 1/2 c frozen sweet peas (thawed)
3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
3 tbsp. chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
1 (16oz.) bottle of your favorite Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over chicken and bake at 350º for 45 min. or until juice runs clear. Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse pasta with cold water when done and drain. Cool chicken and cube. Then add to your diced veggies and pasta, add dressing and mix. I also add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor and some freshly ground pepper.

You can use any of the pasta you like. You can also use your own dressing if you prefer.
