5 slices of fat pork (sliced thin)

2 onions (sliced thin)

4 or 5 potatoes (sliced)

2 cups water

2 lbs filet of Haddock

qt and half milk

3 tablespoons flour mixed with cup milk

Directions:

Fry salt pork until crisp,

Add onion, cook over low heat until

Cooked, remove salt pork

Add water, potatoes, fish;

Cook until potatoes are done

Gradually add flour mixed with milk

Stir in milk slowly

Add Butter and salt & pepper to taste
