3-4 baked Potatoes
8 oz Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Bacon Bits (optional)
8 Slices Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake your potatoes and when done baking cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out all the potatoes leaving enough in to hold up the skins. Then put all the potato into a bowl and mix them like you would mashed potatoes but use sour cream and bacon bits instead of milk and butter. If the mash is too sticky them use a little bit of milk to thin it out. Scoop potato back into skin and put a slice of cheese on top. Bake for 10 min or until the cheese is melted on top.
