6 cups hash browns/shredded potatoes
1 cube margarine
1 can Cream of Mushroom
16oz Sour Cream
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put Potatoes in casserole dish. Heat together the margarine and Cream of Mushroom soup. Add sour cream. Add milk to the potatoes until they are covered. Mix together potatoes and sour cream/soup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with shredded cheese.
