French toast:
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
12 thick slices of bread

Syrup:
1 cup sugar
½ cup corn syrup
¼ cup water
1 (5oz) can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon

French Toast:
In a large bowl, add flour; slowly whisk in the milk. Whisk in salt, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.
Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated. Cook bread on each side until golden brown.

Syrup:
Combine corn syrup, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in the evaporated milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Serve over warm French toast.

Personal Notes:
You HAVE to have the syrup if you make this, it makes the dish. Extra syrup is good, tastes good on pancakes, waffles, normal French toast, etc.
