1/3 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream 1/3 cup butter or margarine and brown sugar together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/4 of cold butter until crumbly. Make a well in the centre. Pour milk into the center of the well; stir to make the dough soft. Knead dough 8-10 minutes. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 9 or 10 inch square. Using a knife, spread the brown sugar mixture over rolled out dough; roll up as for a jelly roll. Pinch edge to seal. Cut into 12 slices.
Place on a greased 8x10 pan and bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes.
