1 Tbs veggie oil
4 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup apple juice
2 Tbs brown mustard (spicy)
1 Tbs honey
4 cups Rice-cooked.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil into skillet. Brown pork chops, cook for 10 minutes.
After pork chops are browned set aside. Add together soup, apple juice, mustard, and honey. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan, mix with sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
Serve on top of rice.
