2 pkgs. Yeast (5 tsp)
1 Tbsp. sugar
¼ cup luke warm water
2 eggs – beaten
2 Cups boiling water
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
½ C. Melted shortening (Oil)
About 7 Cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, warm water together and let them sit to activate yeast.
Pour hot water over sugar, salt and shortening. Let cool until lukewarm.
Add yeast and beaten eggs. Add 4 cups flour. Beat thoroughly. Then add rest of flour. Knead until flour is worked in. Grease bottom and sides of bread pan. Cover and let rise until double, about an hour. Punch down and form into rolls. Let rise until desired size. Bake at 275 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
