1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. sausage
1 sm. Onion
½ green pepper
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
4 lg. potatoes – grated
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions, and seasonings, then mix in potatoes. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie shell, cover with another pie crust. Poke 4 holes into top of pie. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
Serve with white gravy.
