2 cups. uncooked Penne noodles
1 lb. Italian sausage
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cans diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning and garlic
1 Tbsp. basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup. heavy cream
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain the pasta. In a large skillet, brown sausage. Add mushrooms, diced tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Heat through. Add cream and cook off some of the liquid. Toss the sausage mixture into the pasta. Add Parmesan cheese.
