10-12 Flour tortillas
1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ cup canned tomatoes blended
1 (15oz) can refried beans
1 Tbs. Oil
1 can olives, sliced
2 Cup cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, oil, and taco seasoning in separate bowl. Brown the beef, onions and season with salt and pepper. Drain fat and stir in beans and ½ cup of tomato mixture. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in sliced olives.
Place ½ cup of tomato mixture in bottom of greased/sprayed dish.
Place generous amount of beef, bean, olive and tomato mixture and cheese in each tortilla. Roll and place in dish. Spread remaining ½ cup of tomato mixture over the top of tortillas and sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
Cover and bake burritos at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with sour cream and salsa if desired.
