Shredded cheese

Break an egg into a mug and scramble. Microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir. Microwave again for 20 seconds and then stir. Add salt and pepper to taste, along with shredded cheese, if desired. Microwave for 20 second intervals until it’s big and puffy, and no runny egg is left. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.
