4 chicken breast filets
¾ c. corn flake crumbs
¾ c grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
½ c melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut each filet into half. Combine cornflake crumbs, cheese and salad dressing; mix well. Dip chicken in melted margarine in a bowl; coat well in crumb mixture. Arrange on rack in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 for 20 minutes. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes more or until done to taste.

I have used this recipe for fish but used Kikkoman's PANKO bread crumbs and no cheese.
