3 lbs. ground chuck
1 big onion
3 qts. water
2 12 oz. cans tomato paste
2 pkgs. Buena Vida chili powder (or 6 tblsp regular)
6 tblsp. vinegar
4 dashes worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tblsp. salt
2 bay leaves

Brown ground chuck. Drain. Combine all ingredients in large pot and simmer 1-2 hours. Serve with spaghetti.
