3 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. carrotts, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 chicken boullion cube
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tblsp. flour
1/2 lb. velveeta

Cook potatoes and 1st nine ingredients. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Gradually add milk, flour and cheese.
