1 head romaine lettuce
1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup of diced tomato
1.2 chopped red onion
Greek or Italian Salad Dressing
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped vegetables, chopped olives, torn lettuce, crumbled feta cheese and toss.

Mix Salad Dressing, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil and whisk together.

Do not pour salad dressing onto salad until time of serving.
