2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
3 T. barbecue sauce
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet or electric frying pan, brown beer and onions together. Drain well. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve on rolls or hamburger buns. In Cincinnati, they top each sandwich with coleslaw.
This can be frozen and reheated later. great for a large group!
