1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 – 12 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
1 – 4 oz. can diced green chile peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced (optional)
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. cayenne
¼ cup roasted red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until no longer pink, or boil. Remove from oven, cool, and shred. Mix chicken with all the rest of the ingredients in medium bowl. Transfer to a medium baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Serve with tortilla chips.
