1 cup plain flour
1 stick margarine, softened
½ cup chopped pecans
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 small packages of lemon instant pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened margarine and flour. Add pecans. Spread into 10 x 10 cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, confectioner sugar, cool whip, and vanilla. Spread on the crust. Mix pudding and milk, and then spread on top of other layers. Chill.
