A little milk
1 pkg Ritz Crackers
2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Cook rice. Cook chicken in butter, then cube. Mix rice, soup, milk and chicken together and put in 9x13 inch sprayed pan. Melt butter and mix with broken crackers and seeds. Put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a little crisp on top. I usually add some cooked carrots and peas to this to make it an one-dish meal.

Personal Notes:
This is Jake’s absolute favorite dinner. He requests this always when I ask, “what do you want for dinner?”
