Directions:
Use only the dry mixture that includes dry eggs, dry oil, and powered milk
Follow directions on package, but only mix by hand. It is OK to have a few small lumps of dry ingredients remaining in liquid batter before cooking. They will eventually break up and/ or will surprise the person eating the waffle. Use well greased waffle iron.
Served warm or cold these are wonderful

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Served warm or cold these are wonderful. Grandpa made these for the Elders who would show up on our door step Sunday night. No Elders died, or went to the ER. If they did not like them, they did not need to come to our apartment next time. When Elder Nielsen got married last year, we gave him a waffle iron for his wedding. He was originally from Lava.
He was in the Victoria, Tx area.
