1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
6 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. corn syrup

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
8 slices cibatta bread or french baguette style bread cut into 2 inch squares

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a saucepan and heat until smooth: (Do Not Boil)
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
6 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. corn syrup
Combine the following ingredients and beat well. Then dip each bread slice completely in egg mixture. Place bread pieces crust side down in greased 9x13 baking dish.
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
8 slices cibatta bread or french baguette style bread cut into 2 inch squares.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and toast is golden brown. Let stand 3 minutes. Invert onto large serving platter, scrapping any extra caramel topping onto toast. Serve immediately.
