2 Tbs. yeast
½ cup sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup powdered milk

½ cup melted margarine
2 ¼ cups hot water
2 eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix together in another bowl.

Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Add about 3 more cups of flour and knead. Cover. Let rise. Divide dough into thirds. Roll dough into rectangles. Spread cinnamon mixture over half of each rectangle. Fold other half on top of cinnamon mixture half. Cut into strips. Twist strips then tie in a knot. Let rise. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and put on waxed or parchment paper. Glaze while still warm.

Glaze
1/3 - ½ cup hot water
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
