1 whole Onion
1 tbsp. Parsley
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp. Marjoram
2 cloves Garlic
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 tbsp. Basil
1 tbsp. Fennel
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
2 6 oz. cans Tomato Paste
2 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Dry Red Wine
1 lb. Ground Beef

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 10 ingredients in blender with 1 cup water. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and mix until well blended. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix well with sauce and simmer on low heat.

1/2 - 1 hour before eating add remaining water and red wine to the sauce.
