MIXTURE FOR JARS:
1-1/4 cups self-rising flour
½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
1/3 cup sugar

WHEN READY TO BAKE COOKIES:
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients with margarine, egg, water, and vanilla; mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake cookies at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
