1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1-½ cups water
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion together in skillet; drain. Add remaining ingredients except the jiffy cornbread mix; simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into 13x9 casserole dish. Mix jiffy cornbread mix according to directions. Spoon over top of meat mixture; place in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
