2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp salt
1 cup warm water
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add warm water and stir until a soft dough forms. Pinch off some dough, roll out or form a circle with hands. Heat vegetable oil (about 1 inch in pan) to 375 degrees. Fry bread on both sides until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Top fry bread with bean mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
