1 box of yellow moist cake
1/2 c. of rum
1 stick of butter
1/4 c. of brown sugar
Sliced almonds
Powdered confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix the yellow cake mix, following the instructions on box. If using a Bundt pan, and you butter and flour pan sprinkle the almonds on the bottom before pouring in cake batter. When cake is done leave in Bundt pan. In a small sauce pan put stick of butter and rum and brown sugar, stir until it is hot, and then pour into Bundt pan. Let it stand till the cake takes in all the juices, then flip onto cake dish, and sprinkle with confection ale sugar when cake has cooled.

For a different twist Sylvia changed to using Coconut Rum and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes instead of powdered sugar. My family loves this cake.
