"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 º. In a large bowl combine the first three ingredients until smooth and thoroughly blended. Hollow out the bread bowl and fill with the cheese mixture, smooth the mound of mixture evenly distributing it in the bowl. Place the cheese filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake the entire thing for up to 1 hour or until the top has all turned to a golden brown color. Serve warm with reserved bread pieces and wheat thin crackers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The Hawaiian bread bowl does not bake well with this recipe, I recommend a hearty styled bread like white mountain, sourdough or multi grain.

This dip is extremely delicious and should not be substituted with low fat or non fat cheeses or mayo, it requires the full ON calories to bake properly.
You wont regret it and neither will your guests. ENJOY !
