Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large angel food cake, or 2 small loafs
1 pkg sugar free strawberry jello
1 large pkg. sugar free, fat free, INSTANT JELLO PUDDING
1 1/2 or 2 cups fresh strawberries.
1 large tub of lite Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Break up the angel food cake in chunks into bottom of large clear bowl.

Make up strawberry jello per package and use only 1/2 of the water called for. (I heat up 1/2 cup water in microwave stir in jello til good and dissolved, then add ice cubes or cold water til I have a cup of liquid.)

Drizzle the warm jello over the cake chunks and toss around lightly.

Make pudding as per instructions and pour over cake and jello mixture.

Add a layer of fresh sliced strawberries, saving a few to garnish the top.

Add cool whip as top layer and garnish with fresh berries.

Personal Notes:
This is the greatest dessert for the summer time. Very refreshing and makes a beautiful presentation if put in a clear bowl. You can add blueberries for a patriotic look.
