1 cup yellow cornmeal
½ teaspoon soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
¼ cup cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained OR
1 can cream style corn
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 or 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (optional)
1 pound hamburger, browned

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
