46-oz. tomato juice
1 Medium bell pepper minced
1 small onion minced
1 cucumber peeled & minced
2 small cans minced green chiles
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp. Season salt
1 Tsp. Instant minced garlic or 4 cloves minced
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Chopped chives
2 Drops hot pepper sauce or Tabasco sauce
Salt & Pepper

Combine all ingredients with tomato juice & season with salt & pepper to taste. Chill thoroughly & serve with lemon slices, sliced avocado, diced cucumber &/or diced bell pepper & croutons.
