1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers (30-36 cookies)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tblsp cocoa
2 tblsp light corn syrup
¼ cup bourbon, rum or brandy
Granulated sugar

Mix crumbs, powdered sugar, pecans & cocoa; Add corn syrup & bourbon/rum/brandy, mix well; With wet hands, shape mix into 1” balls; Roll in granulated sugar; Store in air tight container with bourbon/rum/brandy soaked cloth.
