½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp Almond Paste
2 cups flour
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together; Pinch dough off & shape into form of a horseshoe; Bake in hot oven at 350 until lightly brown; Remove from pan & roll in powdered sugar.
