1 large egg yolk, slightly beaten
5 1/2 cups fresh peeled, sliced apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup caramel topping

Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine apples, lemon juice, sugars, 3 Tbsp flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and spoon into crust. Drizzle with caramel topping.

2) Topping: Mix flour, butter, and sugar with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375º for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
