1 pork loin roast, about 4 lbs
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar
3 tblspns brown sugar
1 tblspn Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps prepared mustard
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Season pork with salt & pepper; Roast uncovered in shallow pan at 325 until partly done. While pork cooks, make sauce; combine onion & 1 cup water in saucepan; Simmer 10 minutes; Add remaining ingredients; Simmer 10 minutes more; Drain fat from roast before it is done; Baste roast several times with sauce; Serve remaining sauce with roast pork.
