1 cup diced onions
2 pkgs frozen cut okra or fresh okra
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 large can tomatoes
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 tblsp bacon drippings
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, in bacon drippings for 2-3 minutes; Add okra & corn; Stir frequently until okra starts to change color; Add tomato & lemon juice, salt & pepper, stir well; Serve over rice, or beans, or alone.
