1 tblsp flour
½ tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first; Gradually add boiling water to corn meal mixture, constantly stirring; fry mixture in skillet on top of stove; brown on both sides. Can be spread all over the pan to make a hoe cake or individual cakes.
