1 pkg Cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1cup chopped peppers
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup chopped firm tomatoes
2 cup mild salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
hot peppers your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream , spread in glass pie plate. Add salsa and put chopped veggies on next. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerates for 1 hour, serve with choice of crackers or nachos.
You can make this a seafood spread by using seafood sauce instead of salsa. Add chopped crab and shrimp.
