I large chopped onion
! large chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 T. chili powder
1/2 t. paprika
1 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. red pepper
1 or 2 cans pinto beans, drained ( I use one)
2 bay leaves
1 lb. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and green pepper for about 10 min. Drain. add rest of ingredients, except spaghetti, and bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.
While simmering, cook spaghetti in boiling water - takes about 13 to 15 minutes.Serve chili over spaghetti.

Robert's all-time favorite. If you want to make without spaghetti, you should probably add 2 T. flour to meat mixture before adding everything.
