1 cup soft margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
3½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
5 bananas
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice; mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mash bananas and mix with sour cream. Stir all together.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
