4 QUARTS:
8-10 eggs
2 cups sugar
1+ teaspoon salt
vanilla
3 cans condensed milk (can add 1 can sweetened condensed milk
regular milk

6 QUARTS:
10-12 eggs
3 cups sugar
1+ teaspoon salt
vanilla
4 cans condensed milk (can add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except regular milk. Pour into freezer can and add regular milk leaving 1 inch to 2 inches room from top of can.

Making this delicious ice cream is a special family tradition. Mom or Theo would mix it up and prepare the freezer. The kids would take turns sitting on the freezer and turning the handle. When ready, it would be served to everyone straight out of the can. YUM!
