Chicken breast or thighs
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 egg
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips.
In a medium bowl, beat egg and mix in ranch dressing.
In a Ziploc bag or container with lid, mix bread crumbs, seasonings and cheese. Shake to blend.
Dip chicken strips in egg mixture then put in bread mixture and shake to coat.
Place chicken strips on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until cooked through (time will vary depending on the thickness of your chicken strips).

I actually don't really measure when I make this. Just throw things together. It has always turned out. I also use it on whole chicken breasts or thighs and just increase cooking time accordingly.
